Registration Information: TWO WAYS TO REGISTER

STEP 1: Go to the Lyfestyles Health Management League website at: www.lyfestyleshmi.com registration with the league is $65.00.

STEP 2: Go to the Fayetteville Carolina Raiders website

• Spring Work-outs: TBA

• Season Start Date: March 2025

• Fee: $90.00 for uniform + 25.00 for helmet and shoulder pads (Includes uniforms and equipment rental) ****Must sign a rental agreement form.
